I worked as a contract Design Intern for the astrology brand, Sanctuary World, under the supervision of the Senior Designer Claire Berner and Creative Director Haley Housemann. During my 9 month tenure, I designed templates and graphics for their social media channels. I had a fantastic experience designing social media layouts and templates, website graphics, email campaigns.
I had opportunity to assist with some email and partnership promotions.
Auras
A strong aspect of the Sanctuary brand is color. Each sign has it own color, I given the opportunity to explore, experiment, and play with bold and dynamic color combinations. I was trusted by the creative team to come up with unique color scheme. This eventually expanded to new developing new designs and social media posts, and incorporating a new element to the Sanctuary visual branding,

Monthly Auras
Each month I played with colors based on the sign of the month and each signs' brand colors. For the Love Auras, pinks, reds, and purples were used for Valentines day, while incorporating shades in that echo each sign official color. The monthly projects emphasize the main color for each astrological element. Air signs are branded with purples and yellows and pinks, so those shades became the highlight of the October version.

Mood Auras
My favorite solo project. I created all of the color combinations, capturing the vibe and energy of each Astrological sign's daylist. I enjoyed experimenting and expressing language through color.
Social Media
The design team worked collaboratively with the social media team to develop new designs for Instagram based on pop culture references, memes, and relevant trends. The team was always developing new content ideas that could translate into the Sanctuary brand and also appeal to the company's largely young adult audience

Flower Roots Carousel
I created this particular template myself. I collected all stock photos and created a blended grass texture in Photoshop to express the concept.
" Yes Chef " Carousel
Inspired by and in reference to the popular series, "The Bear". I formatted this meme under the design layout created by Claire Berner
I worked with Claire Berner on collecting and selecting images that have variety and visual clarity. A fun and quirky take on the signs' personalities.
